TOPIC: Advanced Lean

This program is designed to show how companies successfully use lean manufacturing techniques to reduce their lead-times. See and hear how people are using the "fundamentals" of the "Lean Manufacturing" philosophy in real working environments to achieve continuous improvement and fast throughput. If your company is curious or seriously thinking about adopting lean manufacturing into your working environment; then this session is for you.

  • Has your company experienced continuous reductions in lead-time?
  • Are you able to respond to market demands without concern for capacity issues?
  • Are your people committed to and involved in the continuous improvement process?
