October marks the first PDP of our two-part series on Lean. This eveningís presentation will focus on recognizing the opportunities to utilize LEAN concepts in your office, understanding the use of Value Stream Mapping, recognizing waste in your environment, 5S, sustaining changes and continual improvement. Lean is one of the three hottest topics in our professional arena these days. This is a great opportunity as an introduction for those who are new to Lean concepts, of as a refresher for those with Lean experience.
