The field of production and inventory management is no exception. This presentation provides an overview of the Six Sigma DMAIC process - Design, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control - illustrating the 6S methodology through an actual case study. Key lessons-learned are discussed, based upon the speaker's experience as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Sponsor and his own Green Belt project work since 2005. Speaker: Steve C. Cimorelli, CFPIM Steve Cimorelli is President of SCC Inventory Consulting, LLC (SCCInventory.com). He is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM), a published author and educator.
