A chilly winter's greeting to you all. It's that time again for our annual APICS - ISM Joint Professional Development meeting. Please make your reservations now to attend this timely and technical presentation on reducing working capital through optimization of inventories. This presentation will show how to design and implement inventory management processes that can unlock working capital while maintaining acceptable customer service. Participants will need a calculator for this presentation.

Our speaker, Alan Milliken, is a member of BASF Corporation's Business Process Solutions, with over 20 years experience in production, logistics, quality & process control, industrial engineering, operations planning, and operator training. Alan holds an engineering degree from Auburn University and an MBA from Clemson University.
