Gerald L. Kilty, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP is President and founder (1992) of Quality Management Solutions, Inc. (QMS), a consulting and education firm located in Clearwater, Florida. QMS concentrates on providing companies Operations Management education and specializes in providing practical applications of that education within companies through process improvement. Jerry has the unique qualification of having been responsible for both the financial and physical elements of inventory. He has plenty of practical solutions and loves to teach. Jerry has over 40 years of experience having worked for Westinghouse Electric Corporation for 25 years, mostly as a Controller, prior to starting QMS. He also has 16 years experience of teaching the APICS Operations Body of Knowledge (OMBOK). Jerry currently serves on the APICS Education & Research (E&R) Foundation Board of Directors as President and also serves on the APICS Board of Directors as the Southeast District Director. He is a Master Instructor for CPIM, Lean, and CSCP.

Jerry has presented at many chapter Professional Development sessions, as well as, nine APICS conferences. He is recognized by APICS as CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP, and has a BS degree in Accounting from Ball State University.  Contact Jerry for course content, schedule, and pricing information.

Biography: Donna Harak

Donna Harak, President of Harak Associates, has over 20 years experience in the world of economic development. As a manager at GTE Communications, now known as Verizon, she assisted the local economic development office in bringing major corporations such as MetLife, Citigroup, JPMorgan and Progressive to the community. Upon retiring from GTE, she joined the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s economic development department known as the Committee of One Hundred, and assisted a number of relocations to the community, including Ciber, Computer Associates, Horizon Bay, Plastipak Packaging and divisions of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In addition, she assisted AAA South, Advanced C4 Solutions and APAC Customer Services, among others, in local expansion initiatives. She opened Harak Associates in early 2010 to assist companies in determining the best state, regional and local business incentive programs for their companies, and manages the application and reimbursement process for them.  Programs include but are not limited to:

• Training grant programs
